The Columbia River is the largest in the Pacific Northwest and flows through the Rocky Mountains in Washington and Oregon. The river has been the home of indigenous people for more than 15,000 years thanks to the thriving fish populations.
All of our 3D wooden maps begin with a bathymetric chart that lays out the different water depths. A designer uses the information from the chart to create laser-cut layers of Baltic birch that are expertly stacked and glued together to create fabulous dimensions and depth. The nautical wood map layers make the wall art stand out and help showcase the beauty and uniqueness of the Columbia River’s terrain.
Showcase the Columbia River with this beautiful 3D wood map.
