The Treasure Coast is a region in the southeast of Florida. It borders the Atlantic Ocean and comprises Indian River, Martin, and St. Lucie Counties. The region, whose name refers to the Spanish Treasure Fleet that was lost in a 1715 hurricane, evidently emerged from residents' desire to distinguish themselves from the Gold Coast to the south (the coast along Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties).
Our 3D wood map of the Treasure Coast begins with the precise depth measurements from a bathymetric chart. An artist laser cuts Baltic birch pieces into the gulf's exact shorelines, layering them together to create the depth, dimension, and beauty that make our wood charts famous. The water is hand-stained, and points of interest, roads, and water depths are engraved into the nautical map’s surface. It is finished with a custom size wood frame and a durable piece of acrylic glass for protection.
Transport yourself to a relaxing oasis alongside this beautiful water with our Treasure Coast 3D Nautical Wood Chart.
